Florida Set To Ban The Retail Of All Drug Paraphernalia On July 1st

On July 1st,? certain drug paraphernalia will be prohibited to be sold as retail in the state of Florida. If caught, it could provide criminal penalties. The bill known as HB 49: Drug Paraphernalia was filed on 12/18/12 and was signed last week by officers and presented to? the Governor.

Possession of drug paraphernalia (becomes drug paraphernalia once you use it for cannabis) is illegal in the state of Florida. But at least you could still purchase it buy it. Now, in Florida, you will have to head to another state to get your bongs or make your own. Find a Florida glassblower and you?ll never go bongless again. Yes, this will suck a lot for the stoners of Florida. But stoners have always been able to make a bong out of anything. The owners of headshops are really going to be hurting. I hope they make it through this. I?m sadden for them however they are going to be alright.
